🇮🇹 Rockin’ 1000 to Feature in Eurovision 2022

Host broadcaster RAI revealed more details on the upcoming edition of Eurovision, with Rockin’ 1000 planning something special for the show.

Rockin’ 1000 is the biggest rock band on earth. As the name suggests, the group features 1000 musicians. They are in the process of recording something special for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

The group began with Fabio Zaffagnini, a marine geologist inspired by a performance from the Foo Fighters in his hometown Cesena. Fabio envisioned 1000 musicians playing ‘Learn To Fly’ simultaneously with the hopes of creating the biggest tribute ever made. The members gathered  in 2015 to play the song in unison. The impressive performance even caught the attention of Foo Fighters lead singer Dave Grohl.
